  When we received our campervan in Alice Springs it was dirty, was short a duvet, a mug and three spoons. The service received from their call centre to get a punctured tyre replaced was poor. When we returned the vehicle in Melbourne we did not even get an apology in that we had some poor experiences with them. I understand that companies need to cover themselves, but at least acknowledge that your customer did not have the perfect experience given your level of service. After all in our case it was for a holiday in which a lot of time and expense had been incurred.

  I'm standing in the shop right now. Terrible communication between person booking and when you pick up. Had to pay extra $160 when I got to the shop, when already told it was all inclusive. They seem nice just feel a little taken advantage of.
